Our Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers are for those wanting a medium size dog. They are 17-19 inches in size. Weighing 30-45lbs. Females are on the smaller side of the scale. Wheaten are the oldest terrier breed in Ireland, where they originated. They are the most laid back of the terriers. They enjoy activities and are willing to learn.

A brisk walk daily is required. A non shedding, hypo allergenic, soft textured, wavy coat makes them very much in demand. Pups are born dark in color and lighten as they mature. Regular brushing is necessary to prevent matting.
