Havanese are an attractive, responsive lap dog, weighing 7-12lbs. They are a bichon type of dog, with a non shedding , profuse double coat. They are 8-11 inches high, with long, soft wispy curls. It is the Havanese personality that wins everyone's hearts. They are happy, affectionate, pleasant and outgoing. They thrive on human companionship. Havanese are smart and quite trainable. They were originally used by circus performers. They can be litter trained, which is ideal for apartment or condo living. Havanese coats come in a rainbow of colors and need regular brushing. They are entertaining little people in fur coats. They come with CKC registration.
